First Prize Grilled Turkey Breast

I got this recipe off of www.eatturkey.com. Yes there is such a website, go figure! This was a delicious turkey. NOTE: I used a 6 lb turkey and was able to get three human and three dog meals---1. grilled turkey, 2. taco salad, 3. lunch meat. This was a lot of turkey. I did not adjust the ingredients for the larger bird, however you must adjust the cooking time. Obviously.

3/4 Cup orange juice
3/4 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup honey
1/2 Cup scallions, chopped
4 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 Teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 Teaspoons ground ginger
3-1/2 to 4 Pounds bone-IN TURKEY BREAST

Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, scallions, garlic and seasonings together. Reserve 1/4-cup marinade. Place remaining marinade in a large plastic bag. Add turkey breast, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours, turning sealed bag every few hours.

Remove turkey from marinade and drain.

Prepare grill for indirect-heat cooking. Place turkey, breast side-up, on rack over drip pan. Cover and grill turkey breast 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 hours, During the last 30 minutes, brush with the reserved 1/4-cup marinade.

Cook until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion of breast registers 170 degrees F. Remove turkey breast from grill and let stand 15 minutes.
