Monday-Turkey Meatloaf (in order to sneak some veggies into my kids diet, I am going to use the food processor and grind up some carrots and mushrooms and add them to the ground turkey mixture. )
Tuesday- Homemade pizza (kids get cheese and we like a fresh mozzarella and sausage combo) and green salad
Wednesday-Quick Coq au Vin (Cooking Light) (didn't make this over the weekend like I thought)
Thursday- Ham Gratin (this is the recipe I made last week. We ate 1/2 and I froze the other 1/2. It was very good. I will try to remember to take a picture and post a picture.)
Friday-Turkey Burgers
