Weekly Menu, March 31st

I apologize for not posting any pictures or recipes lately. March was a blur and April looks like much of the same. One thing remains regardless of our busy schedule...our need to eat nutritious meals made from real, whole ingredients and enjoyed around the comforts of our kitchen table. There is no compromising when it comes to our overall wellness and so I find time to prepare and cook real food. I make it a priority because that's what you have to do....no excuses.

Here is this weeks menu:

Monday--Salad with steak and avocados
Tuesday--Brauts, homemade french fries, roasted veggie salad
Wednesday- Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Rainbow Chard and mashed potatoes
Thursday- Beef Stew in the crock pot
Friday- Homemade Pizza and salad
