Weekly Menu, March 3rd

Monday- Turkey Sausages and Veggies (just like last week--so good and easy)
Tuesday-Chicken White Bean Chili (My friend Gina's recipe)
Wednesday-Chinese Chicken Salad (also Gina's recipe)
Thursday- Baked Chicken, carrots and sauteed chard
Friday- Tri tip, potatoes and asparagus
Saturday- Sauteed veggies over Quinoa pasta* with a cream and garlic sauce

*Pasta has gotten creative. Last week, while at Whole Foods, I picked up a quinoa pasta and its great.
