Halibut Heaven

Now this is lunch...



This is little bit of heaven wrapped in a corn tortilla. The halibut was caught in Alaska by my father. Grilled to smoky perfection by my husband over the weekend. Today, I heated the left-overs with a little olive oil, sliced up some avocado and cilantro, squeezed a lime and piled onto a tortilla and inhaled for lunch. So good.
