Weekly Menu, April 20th

Sunday- Roasted Chicken, Quinoa pilaf, Sauteed Zucchini
Monday- Quick chicken enchilada's---quick because the chicken is leftover from the night before.
Tuesday-Burgers*
Wednesday- Spaghetti
Thursday-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Asparagus, roasted potatoes.

* I'm using ground grass fed beef w/16% fat. This makes one tasty burger. Once you try a burger made with high quality ground beef its really hard to eat anything else.
