Class Offered

Nutrition, Menu selection, and Meal Planning

In this class we will discuss applying traditional nutrition to everyday life. We'll talk about menu selection for all meals including snacks, and learn how to meal plan and shop wisely.

When: Thursday, June 12th. 7pm
Where: Gold River, CA
Cost: $15/per person
Bring: Please bring 3 to 5, in season (April thru July) cooking magazines from any year. ( ie. Cooks Country, May 2006)

Light hors d' oeuvres will be served.
