Getting back into the swing of things after a couple of hectic weeks.
Monday--Burgers. You might be thinking that we eat a lot of burgers around here, we do. I love a good burger...I think it's my favorite meal. Made correctly it can be a perfectly balanced, deliciously nutritious meal. Its all about HIGH QUALITY ingredients. God Save the Burger.
Tuesday--spaghetti and red sauce
Wednesday-- Chicken Picatta, dilled carrots, and steamed broccoli
Thursday--Turkey meatloaf, potatoes, and creamed chard
