Okay, getting back to normal around here. Hubby has been in Alaska for the past 8 days fishing for salmon in bear country. He came back with all fingers and toes, some good stories and box of fish. (I didn't mention his absence earlier in case there are any serial killers reading my blog....you never know, I've seen weirder things on Oprah).
This week's menu-
Monday- Salmon, potatoes, and dilled carrots
Tuesday- Beef bourguinonne in the crock pot
Wednesday- Pizza Pizza for Kid #1's 6th B-day
Thursday- Salmon cakes, mixed green salad
Friday- Cheeseburgers on sprouted grain buns
