Ribs.
Hubby surprised me with a weekend at home, without work, visitors, or plans. It was nice. He did most of the cooking.
I made a super easy tomato salad. Not photoed is a pasta salad (made by my parents) and corn on the cob cooked on the grill by Hubby.

Tomatoes, chives, purple basil and feta mixed together with some pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
Weekly Menu
Monday- Ground Beef, bean and veg Burritos
Tuesday- Shepard's Pie
Wednesday- Chinese chicken salad
Thursday- Chicken, veg stir fry over (soaked) brown rice
Friday- Turkey meatloaf and grilled summer veg
