I found this to simplify my time in the kitchen:


Sunday-Wild scallop paella.
Monday- Ham and Navy Been Soup
Tuesday- Meatloaf and spinach and baked potatoes
Wednesday- Salmon Cakes and green salad
Thursday- Spaghetti and meatballs


Food is always "clean" (without funky ingredients and artificial preservatives)
Each week, I meal plan (and occasionally post) 4-6 dinners. 4-6 dinners a week seems to be enough to keep a budget down, and not overwhelming.
Throughout the week, recipes and information about food, nutrition and living healthy are posted.
Remember, Eating Well is not about perfection. If you have a strong foundation then there's room for treats!

My paella was not a hit. I will try another recipe for paella in the next week or two.
I'm loving how your menu is turning to the fall... some great comfort foods showing up here!
