You know I've made a couple of enchilada sauces and they just were not that great. I want the sauce that tastes like the can! Haven't found it yet. Still searching.
I'm with Cathy on the enchilada sauces... I like a nice, chile-based sauce. Haven't happened upon a recipe for one that really does it for me (although Bayless has one that comes close).
Any chance I can talk you out of the crockpot bolognese recipe?? :)
The crock pot bolognese is one of my favorites. its listed under recipes under "slow cooker bolognese." Its so so good.

I have yet to find an enchilada sauce recipe that I really like. I will try an Emril recipe I think.
