Weekly Menu, October 26th

Sunday- Roasted Chicken, Spinach and Carrots
Monday-Shepard's Pie
Tuesday- Chicken Cheddar Chowder
Wednesday- Tri Tip with roasted fennel, leeks and green beans
Thursday- Steak Pita's with eggplant and cucumber-yogurt sauce

I tried the slow cooker bolognese, adding some locally made Italian sausage... and it was absolutely delicious. Makes enough for freezing too!
