Weekly Menu, November 2nd

Sunday- Roasted Leg of Lamb with a cous cous-butternut squash-sweet potato warm salad (Compliments of my parents. It was fabulous*)

Monday- Crock-pot chili
Tuesday- Breaded (with garbanzo bean flour) Chicken cutlets and green leafy lettuce-roasted veg salad with goat cheese and pomegranate seeds
Wednesday- Grilled London Broil, green beans and mashed potatoes
Thursday - Pork Chops, roasted french carrots, green salad (I bought a lot of lettuce)


I took the kiddos to San Fransisco for the day yesterday. It was a great surprise to come home and find roasted lamb and the cous cous salad in my refrigerator and my dog walked. Thanks Parents. I am so glad you love food too.

Oh, yum. That roasted lamb and couscous salad sounds fantastic.

But, I also like the sound of Tuesday's meal. SO happy to see pomegranites in the market!
