Weekly Menu, November 9th

Sunday- Ham and Bean Soup, green salad with Pomegranate dressing
Monday- Salmon Cakes, and wild rice-roasted veg salad served warm
Tuesday- Beef Roast, roasted potatoes and green beans
Wednesday- Winter squash-beef fajitas
Thursday- Chicken Breasts with cream of broccoli soup

It was great to see broccoli back at the farmers market this week. It's been a long time.

I've got to agree with Cathy. I like the idea of squash in a fajita.

But, salmon cakes take me back to my childhood. What a great quick meal!
