Weekly Menu, January 25th

YES THOSE ARE OUT OF SEASON ORGANIC TOMATOES FROM MEXICO. Sorry, it's been 4 long months since I have tasted my most beloved fruit in its fresh, ripe form. These little guys looked up from their little pathetic display at Whole Foods, "buy me, eat me, I'm so good....you know you want me...." And I did....I wanted them so badly that I bought those little babies shipped all the way from Mexico.



Weekly Menu

Sunday- Kale Chowder and Salad (above photo)
Monday- Chuck Roast with Brussels sprouts and carrots
Tuesday- Mushroom Soup with wild rice (inspired by blog Vehement Flame)
Wednesday- Shredded beef tamale pie
Thursday - Black Bean Chili (once again from Burp! Where Food Happens)
