Weekly Menu, March 1st

On Friday, I made my meal plan and went to Whole Foods. On Saturday, I hit the Farmers Market and on Sunday, (the day I usually post my weekly menu) I lost my list. It's always a bummer when I loose my list. I know what I have in terms of food and can remember some of the meals....but not all of them. I think this is how I constructed my meals.....at least it's my best guess and how it's now going to look.



Sunday- baked chicken, roasted potatoes, and green salad.

Monday- Shredded beef tacos with hubby's homemade salsa

Tuesday- Chicken paprika over wild rice

Wednesday-BBQ Beef Sando's with kale slaw

Thursday- Buffalo Bolognese over spinach ravioli's



I also made Minestrone Soup.

Do you not cook on Fri., Sat. & Sun.?

I prepare 5 meals a day for each person in the family. I only post dinners Sunday through Thursday.

Oooh. Buffalo bolognese. Now, that sounds like a great idea.

Yeah, I hate it when I lose my list. Funny how difficult it is to remember things!

I didn't know you ate meat every day.
Still figuring out plans for late March/April,I will let you know when it's definite and thank you again for the info on Sacremento.

Yes we are meat eaters. I usually have some sort of animal protein at least one meal a day. Usually not lunch...either breakfast or dinner.
