Bean and Collard Green Stew from the cover of Clean Eating. A great magazine, and one of the few MUST haves, in my opinion.

Sunday- Halibut and Asian veggie salad
Monday- Bean and Collard Green Stew, & Tabbouleh (which I made with sun dried tomatoes---fresh is way better)
Tuesday- Veggie Pizza
Wednesday- Ground Turkey Soft Tacos with Jicama Salsa
Thursday- Porterhouse, Baked Russet Potato, and mixed green salad with blue cheese dressing (happy birthday hubster)
Friday- Pearl Barley, Peas and Asparagus Risotto

I have to look into getting that magazine. It's not usually one of the ones offered by my little cousin's magazine drives for school – no surprise there :-)
Mmm. Nice menu.
Also gotta look into that magazine sub... so much good stuff in there!
