
Simply put the bread into the food processor with your desired herbs.
Today I used some garlic powder and thyme.

Awesome bread crumbs.



All produce is local and seasonal.
All legumes and grains are dry, soaked and often sprouted.
Each week, I meal plan (and post) 4-6 dinners. 4-6 dinners a week seems to be enough to keep a budget down, and not overwhelming.
Throughout the week recipes and information about food, nutrition and living healthy are posted.

I used to use my bread heels to make bread crumbs. But now we have chickens in our backyard and they LOVE bread - so they get to eat it. Hmmm...now that I mention it, it doesn't seem quite fair :-) They can have my vegetable peels instead@
