Yes, it's fair to say that spinach is better than ice cream. But I hesitate to say that a blueberry is better than a strawberry or kefir is better than yogurt.  All real foods, such as produce, dairy, meat, beans, etc serve an important purpose.  Also, when we glorify one particular food we tend to eat just that one which then limits our nutrients.  It's best to have a variety of real foods.
